Terms and Conditions
By default, all parts are in new condition (never been played) and all sets are factory sealed. Any other conditions will be stated in item's description.
Most orders under 30 lots can be shipped in 1 to 3 business days after payment is cleared. If a certain time frame for delivery is critical to your need, please e-mail us before placing the order. We reserve the rights to deny payment or cancel order at our discretion.
Your order will ship to the exact address you entered in the payment. We CANNOT use any address other than what appears in your payment. If the shipping address has to be changed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instruction.
Each order can accept only ONE shipping address. If you would like items to be shipped to multiple addresses, please submit an individual order for each address.
We ship packages to all 50 states, APO and FPO addresses and some countries in which customer may open a Paypal account (see www.paypal.com). Smaller packages are usually shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Bulkier packages to U.S. customers can also be shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS). For orders over $250, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Please allow three (3) weeks for deliveries within U.S. or six (6) weeks for deliveries to other countries.
If a tracking number is available for your shipped order, you may confirm shipping status by entering the tracking number on the US Postal Service website: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
If the carrier is unable to delivery your packages and returns it to us, we will e-mail you a notice of the return. For U.S. shipping, please make sure the shipping address given to us is in accordance with the validated format used by US Postal Service database. Customers will be required to pay the subsequent shipping and handling cost for re-shipment. Please see Refund Policy concerning undelivered shipment.
Missing or Wrong Items
If your package is missing an item, or if you receive a damaged or wrong item, e-mail us the description and its shortage quantity. WE NO LONGER SEND REPLACEMENT ITEM(S). You may choose to receive one of the followings: an on-line refund for the missing / wrong item, a store credit or coupon for the next order, or the replacement of the missing / wrong item in your next order while supply lasts. In small number of cases, you may be required to do one of the followings before we send you a replacement or refund: 1) return the damaged or wrong item(s) (see “Returns” section below); or 2) provide required documentation for receiving damaged package (see “Damaged or missing package” section below).
Products with factory seal (e.g. complete Lego sets) are NOT eligible for return or refund after the seal is broken. If there is damage caused by the shipping carrier, see “Damaged or missing package” section below). You may return other eligible items for refund if you e-mail us and mail the items within 14 days from the original delivery date. We do not reimburse return postage. Except for defective items, there is a 20% restocking fee on items to be refunded. Returned items received in significantly less quality than that before the first shipping (e.g. instruction books) may result in further reduction in refund amount. Refund will be issued to the purchaser by the original payment method upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping and handling charges from the purchase is non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Package
In according with mail insurance policies, we may require from you a signed statement and a photo of damage (where applicable) if you request replacement or refund for the package that is lost in mail or damaged. For orders not received, you must wait 21 days for domestic shipment or 45 days for international shipment from the shipment date, and return the signed statement to us by mail or e-mail no later than 85 days from the shipment date. We will issue a refund to you as soon as the insurance claim is approved.
